Return and Exchange

In accordance with the Executive Regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and consumer protection laws in Saudi Arabia, we outline our return and exchange policy as follows:

1.Return and Exchange Period:

Consumers have the right to exchange or return a product within 7 days from the date of receiving it, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and its original packaging has not been opened.

2.Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Permitted:

According to the Ministry of Commerce regulations, the customer is not entitled to return or exchange a product in the following cases: If the product was custom-made, modified, or manufactured based on the consumer's request or specific configurations.
If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession, handling, or misuse by the consumer.
If the product consists of goods that cannot be resold for health or public safety reasons after their packaging has been opened (such as cosmetics, hair oils, and personal care products), unless a manufacturing defect is found upon delivery.

3.Shipping Costs and Fees:

If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by the store, the store will bear all shipping and delivery costs.
If the return is based solely on the customer's preference without any defect in the product, the customer will bear the full shipping costs (both initial delivery and return shipping), and only the product value will be refunded after it is received and inspected.
